• Ongoing account management

• Payment reconciliation
• Market research and product opportunity analysis

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business and Amazon account
• Grant us the necessary access to your Amazon Seller Central account as required for the agreed services
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Ensure your Amazon account complies with Amazon's policies and applicable laws
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as outlined in the pricing plans on our website or as agreed in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Sellsonomics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Any materials, strategies, or reports we create specifically for your account remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you as agreed in your service contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services. We will not disclose your business data, account credentials, or financial information to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue targets, ranking positions, or advertising performance metrics, as these are subject to Amazon's algorithms, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellsonomics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Amazon account suspensions or policy violations caused by your own actions or pre-existing account issues
• Disruptions caused by Amazon platform changes or outages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination:

• We will cease all activities on your Amazon account
• You will revoke our access to your Seller Central account
• Any outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable
• We will return or delete your confidential data upon request

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that violates Amazon's policies or applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
